When I initially visited Dr Daniel Rainbow in spring 2025 I was leaning forward and to the side. The whole team at La Cala Chiropractic & Wellness are friendly, helpful and bilingual.
Dan has brought my posture and stance upright and straight with his expertise and procedure. His holistic approach and explanations of the process is second to done. I recommend the centre they are expanding their repertoire continually encompassing massage, nutrition advice, fitness, yoga, pilates to provide you with the best chiropractic and wellness experience.

They are the best in the area. Helped me a lot, to reduce the pain in my lower back, Dan is very knowledgeable chiropractor, guide you thru the whole process, explaining every details. The Swedish massage from Nikolett is phenomenal, and the whole team is very friendly. Thank you so much guys???? Highly recommend them.

I have been to many chiropractors in the US, and Dan is the first one to unpack the underlying issues for my back pain. After a few visits I was doing so much better and practically pain free. I am now on a maintenance program. I love that he is holistic in his approach and able to provide exercises to relieve my issues. Best chiropractor ever!

Daniel Rainbow is a very good Chiropractor . Over the years I have tried a few in Denmark, USA and in Spain, and will rate him the highest.

Apart from doing the usual chiropractor manipulations, he gives good advice as to excersises you can do in your home.

Also the little foam roll to improve the curvature of the lower back has helped me a lot.

I have been going to see Daniel for some years now (previously in Fuengirola). I had a very good Chiropractor in UK and needed treatment here in Spain. Years of long commutes in the car and hours spent at the computer took their toll. I am now in the maintenance stage and Daniel has demonstrated the importance of keeping a good body structure. I can now enjoy the benefit of that & I am convinced that it helps to keep minor health issues away. The new practice has easy access and parking. The team are great as well. As a man heading towards 70, you won't find me creaking out of bed or hobbling down the street thanks to Daniel.

Dan is an excellent chiropractor, one who takes the time to explain what is wrong, what needs to be done to improve things and then makes the necessary adjustments. His new clinic in La Cala is modern, light and welcoming with space to expand into the complete wellness centre he aspires to. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan and the practice to anyone with back problems.

Dan Rainbow was recommended to me 2 years ago when I had chronic back and neck pain. After a thorough examination, which included x-rays, Dan identified the problems and set to work. With his treatment and a range of muscle stretching and building exercises which he gave me, I have been pain free and physically active once more.
Couldn't speak highly enough of this Clinic and the staff.

I've been a patient for about a year.. had been going to folks both in the Netherlands and in Spain for my back (golf & too much office sitting) with limited results and had been just assuming it was getting older and it is what it is... now my spine has really been improved, golf swing much better, walking up and out of bed without pain and groaning... also here you'll get not just the adjustment, but a comprehensive strategy that fits you. Just wish I had found and started here sooner, but hey better late than never!

Comencé a tratarme en el mes de marzo con Daniel Rainbow por una hernia que me pinzaba nervio, en unos 3 meses la evolucion ha sido muy positiva siendo ya casi residual la molestia y sin ningun tipo de tratamiento farmatologico, continuo mis sesiones para seguir mejorando, no solo por la hernia sino por un mejor equilibrio de mi salud. Since my pancreatic condition 4 years ago being hospitalised for 6 months on my back! My surgeons advised me to take with after care! Take an osteopath or chiropractor to become more aware for my fitness!
