Came in with a lot of pain in my lower back. Was able to get an appointment on the same day and the pain was almost gone after the first session. They are really caring and professional. I was even allowed to bring my puppy as he was anxious to be left alone. Was laying on the treatment bed with me for most of my session ????????Llegué con mucho dolor en la espalda baja. I found Costa Spine by chance, looking for a physiotherapist for my daughter. And was the best finding in years. It was a 5 stars experience, from the 1st respons to my email, and during every sessions, they were all true professionals! And Paul was great with helping my daughter with her ankle problem and also did miracles with my back and neck pain (that I had it from years). Trully recommend Costa Spine, they are amazing!Encontré Costa Spine por casualidad, buscando un fisioterapeuta para mi hija. Y fue el mejor hallazgo en años. After trying a few different placed I was recommended Costa Spine by a fellow padel player and I most say they are the best I have tried here in Spain . Both Michael for the physiotherapy and Mattias for the massaged have been outstanding and have really helped me and continue to help on a weekly base . I have been having a sports massage with Kate now for a couple of months. She is great and has really helped with my recovery and is working with me with preventative measures to help in the long term . The whole Costa spine experience has been seem less. A very warm and friendly reception and ease of booking takes away any hassles . In my experience the treatment and Costa Spine experience is better than many I have used in the UK.

Costa spine is just brilliant. My husband suffered from a severe herniated disk which left him with chronic pain and bed bound. Every doctor said he had to be immediately operated. He went to see Riccardo, and managed to recover without a surgery. Also, everyone who I have seen on Riccardo's team is great. From the message therapist to the chiropractor, I've never has a bad experience and always come out feeling satisfied. I have even taken my children ! In short, we love Costa spine!

I arrived at the clinic in agony and unable to walk or perform my normal daily tasks. After being assessed by Ricardo I was able to begin my spinal decompression treatment immediately. What a relief, after 5 sessions I was able to walk a little more and begin my recovery. The treatment itself is very relaxing and pain free and now after 13 sessions I am almost pain free. Ricardo also demonstrated some core exercises for me to do at home to aid my recovery and sent me a link to download videos so that I can practice them confidently at home. All the staff are professional and very welcoming and I feel totally safe in their hands. I would highly recommend the clinic and the decompression sessions to anyone suffering from sciatica.

I'm having my "Tennis Elbow" treated by Ricardo Marques at present, and the healing process is great. I'll be back on the Padel courts soon! I also have had massage therapy from Kate (Karei Waaland Fjeldså). I haven't ever had massage therapy before, and I was extremely happy with the results: knotted muscles released and greater flexibility. They are both lovely people, as is Claudia on reception. All in all, Costa Spine a great asset to the area, and treats much more than the spine. Glad I found it. I can highly recommend.

CostaSpine is one of the best chiropractic office I’ve ever visited. They really prioritize patients and their needs on all levels. Lauren is amazing in making sure everyone feels welcome and at home upon stepping in. Ricardo is absolutely amazing at what he does. He is extremely knowledgeable and spends about 30 to 45 minutes with every patient and he takes time to make sure you understand what is happening in your body. He used a variety of methods to help you through your healing journey. I’ve been seeing Lukasz for a month now, and I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I've made. Super Paul! Can't recommend this guy enough, I've seen many Chiropractors over the years and I only wish I'd found Paul earlier. He's knowledgable and very patient (he's happy to listen to me winging about the smallest of things). He also made me very comfortable from the first minute I walked in. Anytime I have any issues I go directly to him. Can't recommend him highly enough

I was in severe pain in my shoulder and hip after an 8 hour flight and 2 hour train ride. Paul Morrison was honestly the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. He really took his time and administered acupuncture & cupping (1st for me) along with massage and spine adjustment. I had so much relief after my visit, I had to go back one more time before my flight back home. Definitely not your typical get you in, adjust your spine and away you go that I’m used to. I will definitely go back every time I’m in the area.

Paul treated my foot a while ago. Being a dancer this was causing a lot of discomfort and I didn't think I had a solution. I wish I would have gone to him before. He looked at my foot very gently as I was afraid of the pain. And everything he told me is what did happened. I am so happy I found him and I can put my body in his hands with full trust. I met Paul randomly on a weekend in Valencia at a castle where we got chatting - both of us being British and told him I was having a lot of issues with my back. Intense sharp pains between shoulder blades and the lower part of the spine. He invited me to go see him at his clinic and after a few sessions with Paul the pain in both had almost gone away. A lot of correction was needed on my part in terms of my posture and how not to work on a screen/tensing the body when stressed etc.The lower back took a bit more time but with regular exercises and stretching it is so much better now. The deep tissue sports massage Paul conducts mixed in with the chiro side of things really does work and I recommend anyone with ongoing niggles and issues to go visit him!

Llegue muy mal de espalda y cuello y luego de una sesión con Paul ya sentía mucha mejoría. Desde que estoy en tratamiento con Paul he dejado los antiinflamatorios. Además el personal de asistencia es una maravilla, hacen que uno se sienta contenido. Lo recomiendo!!!!

If you ride downhill like myself and have a crash (like myself went into a tree and made a nice 360 for some meters before landing ????)... Ricardo is the man to help you out ????????After some weeks of letting the body settle down after the crash, some part of my left shoulder blade was really beaming pain. Went 2-3 times and got some really good exercises to help the release between the sessions.Amazing pre-work, skills, work from Mr. Ricardo. I really felt the trust and calm from the first meeting.Today we are going downhill again like normal ????????
