I had been suffering with lower back pain for a couple of weeks and couldn’t resolve it. I decided to visit Sarah, having seen many recommendations on Facebook. From the moment I walked in and she examined my back, she understood my problem. Sarah is a very knowledgeable professional and treats you with great expertise, kindness and empathy. I have had two sessions with Paul after a lower back injury resulted in excruciating pain and problem in walking. Paul did a great job of unlocking my back and I am back walking with no pain. Had it not been for the fact I am flying back, I would have carried on with further sessions to remove the source of the pain altogether.

I can’t speak more highly of Sarah. I was on holiday and had a relapse of an old back injury. She was able to fit me in at short notice and her treatments were great.
She goes way beyond any of Chiropractor I’ve ever seen (there have been lots!) with various different approaches to treating the injury not just a standard adjustment, it’s a shame I was only able to see her whilst on holiday as she’s a miracle worker!

I have nerve damage after unsuccessful back surgery and so every now and then my body will be in pain and cramping. Sarah was absolutely stellar at working through my muscles and dodgy left leg.

In addition to this, Sarah was the only healthcare worker to fully examine my 4 year old daughter after a huge fall which left her with a couple of weeks of back pain and concussion ! She was great with my little one and put us both at ease so we could focus on recovery.

Sarah is amazing. I’ve been to see Sarah a couple of times and every time she is very informative on what she is doing and why and she also sends you away with an action plan if needed or aftercare. She really cares about her clients. She is very approachable and leaves you feeling assured. I went out of my way to find this review link as I really wanted to praise her as I’m a very happy customer. She has sorted me out on more than one occasion in one session!! Prior to that one session I was visiting a private health place for chiropractors several times over a period of time - very time consuming and they did nothing to help my problem. Just finished 5 weeks of treatment with Paul for the first few sessions to sort out a severe back spasm and had Richard for sports massage they were great.
Richard for long term injury or sports injury was fantastic I have many complications with spinal and knee replacement ops in the last 5 years and Richard planed a course of different treatments to reverse long term injuries he is one of the best I have encountered in a long time of attending sports injury specialist please if you have a muscle or spinal injury make an appointment now, brilliant

Excellent Chiropractor, Sarah. She really feels and listens to the body and knows exactly how to feel for what should be normal (or not) and what to feel for to locate problem areas. 5 stars all the way! I had very stiff upper back and felt discomfort for a while. Contacted various clinics as I needed appointment very early due to personal circumstances. The lady at the front desk was very nice and supportive and understood the situation and booked me in very early as I have requested. I met Paul the Chiropractor and I found him very professional and easy to talk to. After my examination he quickly identified what was needed. So he performed a proper check-up and checked my mobility, done deep tissue massage in back and hips, acupuncture, and suction cup procedure. After that popped my spine back where is should be. After procedures my posture improved straight away, and i feel no tension as before and if I may say I feel much “lighter”. I am so happy that I have chosen Costa Health- Chiropractic and Physiotherapy clinic and I would highly recommend it anyone. Thank you very much guys for service and excellent value. I visited Sarah after putting out an SOS on FB. Her name came up over & over. I can certainly see why. Struggling with chronic lower back pain, I was ready to get on a plane to the UK to see my trusted chiropractor, I was in agony. She even fitted me in urgently as I was in so much pain. Sarah & Costa Health is a first class professional set up. A full medical history was completed online before I arrived, so she knew what she was dealing with. Her knowledge, experience & technique was second to none & certainly sorted me out. I cannot recommend Sarah Monaghan highly enough. I had read and heard a lot about Paul's excellent reputation as a top chiropractor. Suffering with severe lower-back pain last week, I decided to make an appointment. I was ???? for relief!
After an intensive anamnesis, he went to work on curing my pain. After 3 sessions of intensive treatment, the agony subsided and then completely ceased. A mixture of chiropractic manipulations plus the application of acupuncture needles along my spine brought the relief I was yearning for. I can now ???? again. 1 session, I stood up an immediately felt better after chiropractic treatment of snap, crackle and popping with Paul Morrison. I was in excruciating pain after the birth of my second child. It hurt to pick up the baby, hurt to sit and I suffered terribly for 2 years as I shuttled between trainers, doctors and spa massages - none of whom helped me. I came for vacation in Mijas and feeling pain in my back, because my baby always wanted to be carried. I booked an appointment with Paul Morrison. He immediately understood what was wrong, asked some questions and start treatment (he combines different types of techniques using needles and suction cups as well). I booked my husband as well, he was of shocked at the quick improvement for his back and neck.

After enduring a severe fall from my horse, I received a distressing diagnosis of a hernia. The doctors recommended a back surgery involving pins, which would severely limit my ability to engage in physical exercise. The pain was excruciating, and I could barely move. However, after two months of dedicated treatments from Dan at Costa Health, everything changed. Thanks to his expert guidance and the diverse techniques used during the treatments, I can now participate in all my favorite sports without any pain or discomfort. I cannot recommend Paul Morrison enough. I found this practice whilst on a holiday that my chiropractor at home advised me not to go on! I'd been struggling for a year with occasional severe back pain that came from nowhere. The chiropractor at home tweaked my back every couple of weeks whilst warning me that my days of bike riding and hiking were over at my age (only 62 yrs!) Paul has a completely different attitude and method. He massaged my entire core body and neck and then did several little tweaks of re-alignment. I felt taller, more supple and with better posture. I returned twice more during the holiday. Since returning home 2 weeks ago I have felt great with virtually no back pain (plus I have been bike riding and hiking) Also little minor discomforts I had come to live with are improved. If I am ever back on the Costa del Sol I will definitely book an appointment here, even without a known specific issue in need of adjustment, as I believe it will be well worth it for all the little issues that creep up on me unnoticed. Do yourself a favour and book an appointment with Paul today.

Iv been under a massive amount of stress recently due to a family trauma and not sleeping properly, it has lead me to have neck and back problems.

So grateful I found Paul! I was struggling after an injury sustained a few months prior, back and forth to traumatologists and physio's etc with no improvement. 2 sessions with Paul and saw instant improvements. Extremely knowledgable and about as down to earth as you get. Its great to have someone who listens then acts on the areas that need addressing. I can't recommend him enough. Not to mentioned the overall experience of booking, reminders etc are on point. Especially for someone who easily forgets like myself. The only wish I have is to have discovered them earlier!
